- How much personal information do you require? Neither Life in Order, nor AKJ Enterprises, LLC. stores or accesses your private information. Your name, password and email address for the Life in Order Application are stored encrypted with a third party authentication site for industry standard protection.
- What products do you offer? Our Life in Order Handbook is offered in both digital and print versions. Contact us at info@lifeinorder.com for details on ordering.
- If I use the Life in Order Application is my information stored on the cloud? No. All of your data is encrypted and stored locally on a removable hard drive which is password protected. You will need access to the internet for entering your password and logging into your drive.
- Where should I keep the Life in Order Handbook? We suggest keeping your Life in Order Handbook (Print or Digital) in a safe place, preferably in a locked, fire safe, file box with the originals of important documents. Be sure to share access information with trusted individuals ONLY. It is your responsibility to keep your information safe from prying eyes after you have it organized.
- How should I protect the sensitive data I’m gathering? We encourage our clients to share the password for your Life in Order Application and the key or code to your firesafe box (housing your files Application Reports and/or Print version of the Life in Order Handbook)with trusted individuals ONLY.
- Do you offer professional legal, financial, medical, or insurance matters? No, we are solely a firm offering tools to help clients organize information. We do not offer professional advice on legal, financial, medical, or insurance matters. We do, however, partner with attorneys; financial advisors and planners; insurance agents; and hospice agencies in the event a client requests a referral.
